Erin Lindsay Abernathy has been involved in the photography world since she was a little girl. She grew up with professional photographers as parents and learned most of her art from them. She attended Appalachian State University where she received her degree in Technical Photography.
Stephen Abernathy has been working with Erin since 2011. He assists in helping her with all sessions and photographs larger events.
Erin and Stephen are both proud members of Professional Photographers of North Carolina which offers them numerous continuing education opportunities throughout the year and enables them to be apprised of the newest and upcoming photography techniques and equipment.
ELA Photography also partners with Art of Light Portraits photographers Amber & Thomas Feagin (Erin's Parents).
We are based out of Asheboro, NC and are willing to travel!
